Pumpkin Patch... 1st of 2 posts (eventually)

Payton's Cub Scout troop hosts a pumpkin patch each year near our house. Every member signs up to host the patch for 2-hour increments. Fortunately, Brian was nice enough to serve our 2 hour assignment with Payton, because it was rainy and dreary out the day he had to go.

Not that the rain put a hamper on his fun! Not when you get to volunteer with all your buddies that is!

And play on one of the other parents' i-pads... (don't these two look like they are really helping out a lot???)

 He even picked out a pumpkin (or two) to bring home.

Next visit will be in the sunshine, with little brother in tow. Stay tuned...
